How to Request Account Deletion

If you want to delete your MR PIPE Rewards account, follow these steps:

Submit Your Request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject: MR PIPE Rewards - Account Deletion Request

Information That May Be Deleted

Depending on the actual data associated with your account, deletion may include:

• User profile and account information.
• Mobile number and email address associated with the account.
• Account preferences and application profile data.
• Reward points and reward-account information, where legally and operationally permitted.
• Other personal information associated with the account that is not required to be retained.

Information That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained when necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, accounting, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements or other legitimate purposes. Where such information is retained, it will be handled according to applicable requirements.
