Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the MR PIPE Rewards mobile application and related services.

Please read carefully: By registering for, accessing or using MR PIPE Rewards, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MR PIPE Rewards mobile application ("App"), services and related reward program operated by MR PIPE ("MR PIPE", "we", "us" or "our").

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, instructions or terms displayed within the App or related MR PIPE Rewards program.

2. Definitions

"User" The individual or authorized person using the MR PIPE Rewards App.
"Account" The registered profile created by a User to access the App.
"Rewards" Points, benefits or other incentives made available under the program.
"Eligible Transaction" A transaction or activity that qualifies for rewards under applicable program rules.

3. Eligibility

You must meet the eligibility requirements communicated by MR PIPE to register and participate in the MR PIPE Rewards program.

MR PIPE may restrict, suspend or refuse participation where an account does not meet applicable eligibility requirements or where information provided is inaccurate or misleading.

4. Account Registration

Certain features may require you to create an account and provide accurate information.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and current information.
  • You must not create an account using false or misleading information.
  • You are responsible for keeping account credentials and OTPs confidential.
  • You must promptly contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
  • You must not knowingly allow another person to misuse your account.

5. MR PIPE Rewards Program

The MR PIPE Rewards program may provide eligible users with reward points or other benefits according to program rules.

The number of points awarded, eligibility requirements, earning rules, redemption rules and available benefits may vary according to the program, product, transaction or user category.

MR PIPE may modify the reward structure, qualifying activities, available benefits or program rules from time to time, subject to applicable law and communicated program terms.

6. Reward Points

Reward points have no cash value unless MR PIPE expressly states otherwise in the applicable program terms.

  • Points may only be earned through eligible activities or transactions.
  • Points may not be generated through fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
  • Points may be subject to expiry or other restrictions where communicated.
  • MR PIPE may correct points credited due to technical or transactional errors.
  • Points associated with fraudulent, reversed or invalid transactions may be cancelled.

7. Point Transfer

Where point transfer is enabled, transfers are subject to the rules displayed within the App and the user's applicable category or role.

A User must not attempt to sell, purchase, exchange or transfer reward points outside the mechanisms expressly permitted by MR PIPE.

MR PIPE may reverse or cancel unauthorized transfers and may suspend accounts involved in suspected misuse, fraud or manipulation.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
  • Provide false information or impersonate another person.
  • Manipulate reward transactions or attempt to generate unauthorized points.
  • Use automated systems, scripts or methods intended to interfere with the App.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers or systems.
  • Sell or commercially exploit access to the App without authorization.
  • Reverse engineer, modify or interfere with the App except where permitted by applicable law.
  • Use another user's account without authorization.

9. Suspension and Termination

MR PIPE may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, misuse, violation of these Terms, security concerns, legal requirements or other legitimate program reasons.

Users may request account deletion through our Account & Data Deletion page.

10. App Availability

We aim to keep the App available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available on every device or network.

Temporary unavailability may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, network conditions, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or depend on third-party services such as hosting, authentication, analytics, notifications or other technical services.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. MR PIPE is not responsible for terms or practices of third parties to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

The MR PIPE name, trademarks, logos, App design, content, graphics, software and related materials are owned by or licensed to MR PIPE and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the App for its intended purpose only. No ownership rights are transferred to you by using the App.

13. User Content and Information

If the App allows you to submit information, documents, images or other content, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide such content and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

14. Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, stored and handled.

15. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App and rewards program are provided on an "as available" basis. MR PIPE does not guarantee that every feature, reward or service will always be available or suitable for every user.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MR PIPE will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the App, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

17. Changes to These Terms

MR PIPE may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the App after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to applicable consumer and other statutory rights.
